The pool area was enjoyable for the family, offering plenty of
space for the kids to play and swim, but the room could definitely use some maintenance. We found the remote for the TV wasn't working and despite contacting staff, it was never resolved during our stay. Overall, we had a good time.

The pool experience is solid, with a pretty decent water park that keeps kids occupied. A couple of water slides. The oceanfront views from the rooms are impressive, creating a nice backdrop for your stay.
Had some issues with cleanliness—found crumbs in the room, and ants crawling around. Internet speed wasn’t great either, making it tough to stay connected when you need to. Also, the check-in process took way too long, which can be a drag after a long trip.

The ocean view is breathtaking
Waking up each morning to the sound of waves was pure bliss. The friendly staff made every moment special, especially at the beach where our kids played joyfully.
Unfortunately, the television remote didn’t work, and help never arrived, which felt frustrating during our downtime. The breakfast line was also long, testing our patience.
